This form is used to request membership and will be directed to the Membership Chair
In order to ensure that we do not exceed the fire code maximum capacity of our meeting space, we have to limit the membership. Therefore, there may be times when the guild has a membership waiting list. Individuals on the waiting list will be contacted as space becomes available. If you are interested in becoming a guild member, please fill out the above form. Then, the membership coordinator will be in touch to give you more information. Thank you.
